Our vision for the proposals is to enhance the guest experience and contribute positively to the local area's economy. Situated on the corner of Charing Cross Road, the proposed extension will seamlessly integrate with the existing hotel architecture as well as revitalising the surrounding streetscapes. The plans will add an additional 30 guest rooms and improve the frontage of 21 Charing Cross Road. The expansion would address the pressing need for increased hotel room capacity and also represents a significant investment in the Leicester Square economy.
